The sea, experienced the right way
Aurea Yachting grew out of a love of the sea, the experience gained on it, and a clear vision - to bring yachting closer to people in a simple, personal and authentic way, while giving yacht owners professional management that allows their vessel to reach its full potential.
The company was founded in 2018 by an experienced skipper and manager, bringing together the two fields he knows best - the sea and management. From that combination grew the business philosophy that remains the core of Aurea Yachting today.

Born on 27 February 1993 in Herceg Novi, a town where the sea was always an inseparable part of his life. After finishing secondary school of economics, he continued his education at the Faculty of Management, gaining the knowledge he would later join with his other great love - the sea.
He spent years working as a skipper, building experience on the water and developing the qualities he would later carry into business: responsibility, discipline, composure, and the ability to make decisions. Aurea Yachting was born in 2018 out of that natural union of a skipper's experience and a manager's knowledge.
From the very beginning the idea was not simply to offer a service in yachting, but to build a recognisable approach founded on trust, professionalism, personal service and a genuine knowledge of the sea.
Over time the business grew into Aurea Group, which today operates in Herceg Novi and Belgrade. Behind the name and the visual identity stands the founder's own philosophy: Aurea suggests what is golden, valuable and lasting, while Enso - the circle from the Zen tradition that became part of the identity - is a symbol of wholeness, presence and simplicity. The enso is traditionally drawn in a single free stroke, without correction, a reminder to accept imperfection and to be fully present in what we do.
That idea runs quietly through everything: that true quality does not need to announce itself, and that the greatest value is often hidden behind simplicity.

Our mission is to connect the two sides of yachting - people who want to experience the sea, and yacht owners who want to run their vessel responsibly, efficiently and sustainably.
For our guests, we want to make the world of yachting simple to enter, without unnecessary complications. We do not want merely to offer a yacht and a passage from one destination to another. Through professional and personalised service, we want to convey the very thing that made us fall in love with the sea - the feeling of freedom, of enjoyment, and of the particular way of life it offers.
At the same time, we understand that owning a yacht brings not only pleasure but also considerable cost, time and responsibility. That is why we give owners professional support, so that their yacht is properly run, carefully maintained and optimally used.
Through quality yacht management and carefully organised charter, we work to ensure the yacht retains its value, reaches its full commercial potential, generates income and contributes to covering the costs of ownership.

Our vision is to build Aurea Yachting into a recognisable Mediterranean yachting brand founded on trust, a personal approach and a high standard of service.
With a focus on Montenegro and experience across the Mediterranean, we want to open the doors of the authentic world of yachting to our guests, while giving yacht owners professional support that makes ownership simpler, more sustainable and more efficient.
We do not measure our success only by the number of charters or the yachts we manage.
When a guest leaves a yacht wanting to return to the sea, and an owner knows their yacht is in the right hands and realising its potential - then we have achieved what Aurea Yachting was created for.
