Planning and coordination of regular servicing and preventive maintenance, monitoring the technical condition of the yacht, engaging service providers and contractors, sourcing spare parts, tracking faults and warranties, as well as organising major repairs and refits.
Coordination of the captain and crew, organisation of duties and schedules, monitoring of required documentation and certificates, and support in finding and engaging suitable crew members.
Arranging berths and marinas, fuel, provisioning, local agents and suppliers, as well as all logistics required for the yacht to run smoothly throughout the year.
Our care for the yacht does not end when the charter season does. We arrange wintering, the necessary works and servicing, monitor the yacht's condition through the winter, and prepare the vessel, her equipment and systems in good time for the start of the new season.
We keep track of the required documentation, registrations, insurance, technical inspections and other administrative and safety requirements, so that the yacht complies with all relevant regulations and is ready for safe navigation and charter.
We assist in planning annual operating costs, controlling maintenance and service expenses, verifying supplier invoices and tracking the budget, giving the owner a transparent overview of the costs associated with their yacht.
