Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Aurea Yachting collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what the site actually does - nothing more.

In short: we collect data only when you send us an enquiry, we use it only to answer you, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who is responsible

Aurea Yachting, Porto Novi, Herceg Novi, Montenegro.

For any question about your data, write to info@aureayachtingmne.com or call +382 68 089 589. We reply within one hour on weekdays and Saturdays, between 08:00 and 20:00.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form, and only when you send it:

  • your name, email address and telephone number
  • the channel you prefer for our reply - email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber
  • the text of your message
  • which service, yacht or destination you were looking at, and the page you wrote from - so we know what you are asking about
  • the language of the site you were using

What we do not do

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no chat widgets and no tracking cookies. We do not profile visitors, we do not build audiences for advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.

If that changes, this policy changes first.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to arrange what you asked about - nothing else. The legal basis is your request: we process the data because you asked us to get in touch with you, and because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract.

We do not send newsletters or marketing messages.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry reaches us by email. Three service providers are involved in delivering this website and that email, and each sees only what its job requires:

  • Vercel - hosting of this website
  • Resend - delivery of the enquiry email
  • Google Workspace - our business mailbox, where the enquiry arrives

Cookies

This site uses one cookie, and only one: NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers which language you chose, so the site opens in that language next time. It lasts one year, contains nothing but a language code, and is not shared with anyone.

Because it is strictly functional and stores no personal data, it does not require your consent - which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner.

Opening the map on the Contact page loads Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. That is why the map only loads when you click it - until then, nothing is requested from Google.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for our correspondence with you, and no longer than three years from our last contact - unless a contract between us or the law requires us to keep something longer, for example accounting records.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data about you we hold, and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your data
  • stop using your data, or limit how we use it

If you are not satisfied

Write to us first - info@aureayachtingmne.com. Most things are solved in one message.

If that does not resolve it, you can complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we change this page and update the date at the top. There is no archive of earlier versions; the date tells you which one you are reading.
