We offer yacht charter with a crew, yacht management, and brokerage in the sale of yachts.

This site presents the yachts, destinations and services we offer. It is a presentation, not an offer in the legal sense, and nothing on it creates a booking or a contract.

Availability is not shown on the site and is not guaranteed. A yacht listed here may be unavailable on the date you have in mind.

Sending the enquiry form does not reserve a yacht or a date. It sends us an email, and we reply - normally within one hour, on weekdays and Saturdays between 08:00 and 20:00.

A booking exists only once we confirm it to you in writing and the charter agreement is concluded.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices, exclude VAT, and fuel is charged separately. They are indicative and may change; the price that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing before booking.

Prices for yachts offered for sale are on application.

Every yacht we offer sails with a skipper and a hostess. Guests do not operate the vessel, and no licence or experience is required.

The skipper is responsible for the safety of the vessel, the crew and the guests, and decides on the route, departure and any change to the plan in light of weather and sea conditions. That decision is final. Where sailing is not possible, we agree an alternative with you.

Guests are asked to follow the crew's instructions concerning safety.

Cancellation, payment and liability terms are set out in the charter agreement you receive before a booking is confirmed.

That agreement governs deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation and refunds, damage and any security deposit. Where these terms and the charter agreement differ, the charter agreement applies.

We ask you to read it before you sign it, and we are glad to answer questions about it beforehand.

Specifications, photographs and descriptions are taken from the material supplied to us by owners and manufacturers, and we present them as received. Where a figure could not be verified, the site says so on the yacht's page.

Equipment and condition may change. If a detail matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it before you book.

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Aurea Yachting or to those who licensed them to us, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Some photographs are used under a Creative Commons licence; where that is the case, the author and licence are named on the page itself.

This site links to WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram and Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or remove content at any time.

If the enquiry form is not working, write to info@aureayachtingmne.com or call us - the site tells you so when that happens.

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Herceg Novi.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
